Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* The amount of the travel reservation payment
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds will be issued: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* In the case of not being able to make the trip a penalty will be applied on the price of the trip to make the refund depending on the number of days remaining to start the trip:
– Up to 91 days before the trip start date: USD 250.
– 90 to 61 days before the trip start date: 25% of the trip price.
– 60 to 31 days before the trip start date: 50% trip price.
– 30 to 0 days prior to trip start date: 100% trip price.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund,recheck your bank account firstt.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver decided to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back
