EXERCISES

  • Then, close your eyes and imagine an enhanced version of yourself,
    living the life you desire.

  • Visualize every detail of this new reality, from your surroundings to
    your relationships and personal achievements.

  • Feel the excitement and joy that this vision brings you.

  • Use this meditation as a source of inspiration to take concrete steps
    toward your goals.

4.Letting Go Meditation:

  • In a quiet place, close your eyes and bring your attention to your
    fears and expectations related to change in your life.

  • Acknowledge these thoughts and emotions without judgment.

  • Visualize letting them go, as if releasing them in a bubble or
    letting them fly with the wind.

  • Breathe deeply as you free yourself from these concerns and allow
    yourself to be present without the burden of those fears.
