As you do so, reflect on how you can lead with wisdom andlove in your everyday life. Visualize how your own inner light expandsand guides others. Do this for about 10-15 minutes.

  3. Sagittarius Meditation: Go out into nature, if possible, and find aquiet outdoor spot. Sit or lie down comfortably and close your eyes.Imagine yourself on an exploratory journey, like an archer seeking newhorizons. Connect with the feeling of freedom and adventure. Reflect onthe experiences in your life that have allowed you to grow and learn.Maintain this meditation for a while as you remain open to new ideas andpossibilities.

  4. Inner Self Meditation: Find a quiet moment each day to sit silentlywith yourself. Close your eyes and repeat the mantra “I Am, I Am, IAm.”
