Summary:

Feelings are constant emotional states that have been integrated into me due to the constant repetition of an emotion. They define my identity and how I perceive and relate to the world. Recognizing my feelings is the beginning of being honest with who I really am and freeing myself from limiting beliefs to be my true self.

Exercises:

  1. Feelings Recognition Meditation: Dedicate a few minutes each day to sit in silence and observe your feelings. Acknowledge the feelings that arise within you, both those you perceive internally and those that others may perceive in you. Allow yourself to feel them without judging or repressing them. Simply observe them and be aware of their presence.
  2.  Feelings Connection Meditation: Sit in silence and bring your attention to your deepest feelings. Imagine that you can connect with them energetically. Visualize how they envelop you and how you recognize and accept them with love. Allow the feelings to flow through you without resistance.
