Find a quiet place and sit comfortably.

Close your eyes and take deep breaths.

Visualize a closed flower within you, representing your trueself.

With each inhale, imagine the flower opening a little more, revealingits colors and fragrance.

Allow the fragility and beauty of the flower to radiate outward,pollinating the world with your essence.

Mentally repeat: “I allow my being to blossom and spread its beautyto the world.”

Continue this meditation for 10-15 minutes, enjoying the sensation ofblooming.
