SUMMARY

Last night I went to bed wrapped in confusion and doubts, feelingdisconnected and without a sense of belonging. This feeling of being ina fog began when, during a meditation, I saw myself as an 8-year-oldchild, alone and waiting. This led me to reflect on my fears and theneed to stand out, something deeply rooted in my family history. Idiscovered that my desire to be the center of attention on my birthdaysand in life comes from having felt like an unplanned “mistake.” Thisrevelation helped me see that my path is to transmute this pain andfear, becoming a more conscious being, embracing both my shadows and mylight, and preparing to transition from being a child to becoming afather.

EXERCISES

  1. Sensitivity and Feeling Meditation

Quiet place: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Conscious breathing: Inhale through your nose and exhale through yourmouth, relaxing each part of your body.

Visualization: Imagine diving into an ocean of sensations andemotions, allowing them to flow freely.

Reflection: Mentally repeat, “I allow my emotions to flow. I feeldeeply without questioning them.”

Duration: Meditate for 15-20 minutes, allowing all emotions toexpress and integrate.

  1. Acceptance of Mistakes Meditation

Find a comfortable position: Sit comfortably with your backstraight.

Deep breathing: Inhale deeply and exhale slowly, relaxing your mindand body.

Visualization: Imagine that each mistake you have made is a stone onyour path, and see how each stone turns into a flower.

Reflection: Mentally repeat, “My mistakes are opportunities forgrowth. I accept and transform them.”

Duration: Spend 15 minutes on this practice, feeling the acceptanceand transformation of each mistake.

  1. Walking in the Fog Meditation

Comfortable posture: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Deep breathing: Inhale and exhale deeply, relaxing your body.

Visualization: Imagine walking slowly through a gentle fog,unhurried, enjoying the journey.

Reflection: Mentally repeat, “I walk in the fog, enjoying the journeytowards myself. I allow myself to discover the hidden.”

Duration: Remain in this meditation for 15 minutes, feeling the calmand curiosity to discover what lies in the fog.
