SUMMARY

DNA, with its perfection and adaptability, allows for mutation, whichis not inherently bad but rather a change that can be beneficial orharmful depending on the context. Acceptance of differences isessential, as we are all mutants in constant evolution. Mutationsreflect our qualities and enable us to adapt to the environment,promoting diversity and survival. This natural process of change remindsus that we are products of our circumstances and that we must recognizeand accept our mutable nature. The key is to understand that we are theeffects of multiple causes, and our forms will continuously evolve.Essentially, we are all mutants, and this mutability is an intrinsicpart of our existence.

  1. Meditation on Acceptance of Differences:

Visualize a seed in your heart, symbolizing your evolutionarypotential.

Internally repeat: “Mutations are not negative but evolutionary.”

Imagine the seed growing and transforming, adapting to differentconditions and thriving.

Reflect on the changes in your life and how they have helped yougrow.

Maintain this visualization for several minutes, feeling the strengthof your evolution.

Conclude the meditation by focusing again on your breath and slowlyopening your eyes.
