Today, I understood that to grow and find our true selves, it isnecessary to distance ourselves from what surrounds us and rearrange ourenvironment. Like a potato that takes the shape of the container itgrows in, we are also shaped by our circumstances. Sometimes, thisprocess of change is painful, similar to the pain of childbirth, but itis through this pressure and transformation that we can unleash our truepotential. Accepting pain and intense emotions is essential to allowpart of us to die and be reborn with new strength. This symbolic deathnourishes us and prepares the ground for new growth, similar to howtubers swell and raise the earth, marking a continuous cycle of life andrenewal.

Visualize the Potato: Imagine you are a potato growing in the soil.Visualize how you expand and adapt to your environment.

Reflect on Your Environment: Think about the “containers” in yourlife that may be limiting your growth (these could be people,situations, or beliefs).

Intend for Change: Visualize what it would be like to grow withoutthese limitations. Imagine freeing yourself from these containers andexpanding fully.

Affirmation: Mentally repeat: “I release limitations and allow mytrue self to grow and expand.”

Find a Quiet Place: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Deep Breathing: Breathe deeply several times, inhaling through yournose and exhaling through your mouth.

Visualize the Pressure: Imagine a situation in your life that iscausing you pressure or stress.

Transform the Pressure: Visualize how this pressure is helping torelease and grow something inside you, similar to how pressure in thesoil makes a potato grow.

Acceptance: Mentally repeat: “I accept pressure as a force that helpsme grow and transform.”
