In this workshop, we will enter the body to inhabit presence and embark on a journey of activating our authentic and essential voice.

Since ancient times, our ancestors have used the voice as a tool for healing, expression, and connection with the Universe, the Earth, and Spirit. Unfortunately, over time and through disconnection from our essence, we have forgotten this great power within us, making it increasingly necessary to remember and reclaim our chant. We will begin this experience by coming into contact with our body and anchoring presence. Then, through movement, we will activate the creative lifeforce and release the blockages that limit our free expression. Using various voice liberation techniques, the authentic sound of our soul will begin to emerge, emanating our healing frequencies to harmonize our system and unfold our truth.

We will conclude our gathering by chanting a powerful Hopi mantra to unite our vibrations and integrate the experience.
