Circular connected breathing, or breathwork, is a healing technique that enhances consciousness. It originates from shamanic breathing and is similar to holotropic breathing but is more subtle, gentle, and kind.
This breathing method allows us to activate our different bodies (mental, physical, emotional, and energetic) to access unconscious information, release emotional blockages or traumas, and rebalance or harmonize our energy. During the session, we will create a non-judgmental space for free expression, allowing us to connect with our inner medicine and creative power.
