Through the alignment of the chakras and their associated colors, we will organize the emotions that arise from each energy vortex, activating our inner harmony.
Participants will need a personal stone or crystal, which we will imbue with intention as a tool to help harmonize ourselves in the future when faced with discordant emotions.
This alignment will be carried out through a guided meditation.
