During the emotional week of Aries, we face the ego, the emotionalreference point that perceives the world around us. The Ego encompassesall the potentialities of the being, but uses them to survive, andtherefore, it accumulates resources or invades spaces. We call thesemechanisms egocentrism and selfishness, respectively. Since thebeginning of time, the factors of accumulating or invading have beentraits that shaped our being, as they have helped us get to where we aretoday, and in the case of invading, it involves using those potentialsto control aspects of my life, whether it be mind, emotion, or action,leading me to invade others. This week, we are advised to invade theinvisible. The invisible aspect of the letter That speaks of thenon-ego, of something that has neither outside nor inside, no reference,and therefore the potentialities do not refer to the ego, but tosomething transcendent. Therefore, it is a week to encounter theinvisible, setting aside situations that involve control, or invadingthe space of others, retreating to meditation with no purpose other thancalmness and breathing.
