Polarity and Shadow Integration | Tantra and Sacred Sexuality Program
Theoretical-Practical-Experiential Workshop
In this workshop, we will explore the 8 pillars of Tantra from the perspective of our school, Ánima Tantra, with a special focus on the pillar of Polarity. We will harness the energy of Scorpio season to connect with our Shadow and the aspects of ourselves that we tend to reject.
Through an experiential exercise we will work on integrating the vital energy blocked beneath the dissociated aspects of our personality. This process will involve exposing ourselves to opposing archetypes, paving the way toward a more authentic and integrated version of ourselves.

Notebook with sheets or papers (at least 2)
Pen
Suggested: candle/crystal or sacred personal object
