I am Alice Ruggeri, an Italian living in Spain since 2002. I have studied Tao, Kashmiri Tantra, Yoga, Dance, and Family Constellations. In 2002, I began researching the uterus and its potential for healing and activation. I discovered how to do this through the body, allowing for a genuine experience of integration. Since 2009, I have been sharing this knowledge through workshops and training, and I love connecting with people and transmitting this information.
