As a Jungian psychotherapist, both personally and professionally I have always been intrigued by the duality of the psyche—the concepts we label as good and evil, light and dark—and how we create dogmas around these opposites. I am particularly interested in how the darkest shadow parts function within our psyche. My fascination extends to the intrinsic link between the inner and outer worlds, exploring where the dividing line lies and how the outer world reflects our inner experiences. For many years, I worked in the alternative healing field, utilizing vibrational testing methods, homeopathy, and radionics.
During my post-diploma studies, I delved into the Holy Grail tradition, writing a psychological analysis of Parcival and the initial stages of the Grail legend. In 2017, I qualified as a Jungian-oriented psychotherapist, drawn to this path because of its integration of psychology and spirituality. Jungian psychology seeks to unite the worlds of matter and spirit, offering a deep wisdom tradition that has taught me humility in the face of life’s mysteries and the unknown.
I also have a profound connection with horses, raising them and living in the forest. Horses have significantly shaped my trust in intuition and body signals, teaching me the value of silence, patience in the face of the unknown, the ability to wait, and the art of non-verbal communication.
