In the same vein as the entire month, the reading for the physical week tells us to go beyond the thoughts that others may impose on us.

We’ve mentioned that mentally we must open ourselves to receiving a tool from the past that will be useful in our evolution, but that we must ensure we do not also inherit its conditional beliefs based on past emotions. And the physical week is telling us how to overcome this: by placing ourselves on a higher pedestal, to see things from a superior viewpoint, where we are observers of what we receive, and can analyze it, instead of letting the thoughts of other beings or entities invade our space.

As an exercise, find a high place from where you can contemplate a panorama from a superior vision, so that the brain is positioned in such a point, knowing that every belief, inheritance, and thought are useful to me, instead of me being useful to them.
