INTUITION

INTUITION

November 3rd

SUMMARY:

During one night, Matías experienced a profound connection with a being that showed him a luminous darkness where peace and death seemed to converge. This darkness revealed to him a different light, one that shines even in the shadows. Matías learned that true depth is not about physically immersing oneself in the dark but about finding unity in everything. Enlightenment is not only found by ascending to celestial light but also by exploring the depths and confronting our shadows. Being truly spiritual involves breathing with full awareness and understanding that enlightenment comes from within, from the ability to manifest light even under pressure. True enlightenment is about traversing and integrating all shadows, and for this, patience is fundamental. This patience, related to suffering and the ability to endure, is seen as a more developed attribute in femininity. Intuition, the ability to see clearly in the dark, is strengthened by patience. In our current society, where everything is instant, cultivating patience is a challenge.

QUOTE:

“True depth is not about physically immersing oneself in the dark but about finding unity in everything.”

EXERCISE:

  1. Depth Meditation:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and start to breathe deeply.

Imagine that you are diving into a dark and peaceful ocean. With each breath, you go deeper into its depths.

As you descend, instead of darkness, you find a bright light representing unity and connection with everything.

Feel how this light envelops you and connects you to the universe.

As you exhale, imagine that bubbles of light rise to the surface, carrying with them a sense of peace and unity.

  1. Nature Observation Meditation:

Find an outdoor space, preferably close to nature.

Observe your surroundings and find an object or living being, such as a plant, an insect, or a cloud.

Contemplate that object and recognize that it is a manifestation of the same energy that composes you.

Take a deep breath and feel the connection with that object or being, understanding that both are parts of a larger whole.
