  • Visualize how the scale gradually balances as you focus on findingbalance within yourself.

  • Hold this image in your mind for a few minutes and feel the sense ofharmony.

  1. Inner Gaze Meditation:

  • Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes.

  • Focus on your breath and continue to inhale and exhale deeply.

  • Imagine your inner eyes, as if you were looking inward.

  • Observe your thoughts and emotions without judging them or trying tochange them. Just watch them as a neutral observer.

  • As you practice this meditation, try to find the balance between whatyou see within yourself and what you experience in the externalworld.
