  1. Progress Meditation: Reflect on your goals and aspirations in life.Visualize the steps you need to take to move towards them. Duringmeditation, imagine each step as a step forward, feeling yourselfgetting closer to your goals.

  2. Acceptance Meditation: Acknowledge and accept that change is anatural part of life. During meditation, observe your thoughts andemotions without judging them. Practice accepting what is and let go ofany resistance to change.

  3. Present Moment Meditation: Focus on the present moment, letting go ofworries about the past or the future. Pay attention to the physicalsensations of your body and your immediate surroundings. Practicemindfulness for a few minutes each day to cultivate presence in thepresent moment.
