I AM THE MATRIX

SUMMARY:

In the conversation, Matías and an entity known as I AM explore the relationship between life energy, creativity, and frustration. Matías expresses his frustration with projects not turning out as he expects, which I AM identifies as mismanagement of his vital energy. They argue that frustration does not stem from failure but from the perception of not being able to handle one’s energy effectively. This is illustrated with examples of how the human body utilizes energy, from digestion to metabolism and adrenaline production. They finally address the topic of the future and the need to be present in the moment, concluding that the entire process of life is a series of trials, errors, and evolutions leading to creation. The conversation culminates in a reflection on the “womb” or “matrix” as a universal creative source and a network of connections, which is sometimes misunderstood or misinterpreted.

QUOTE:

“The challenges of life are like the waves of the sea, they come and go, but each one gives us the opportunity to learn and grow.”

EXERCISES:

  1. Acceptance Meditation: Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Imagine that each challenge or problem you have is a wave in the ocean. Observe how these waves come towards you and then recede, reminding you that nothing is permanent. Learn to accept these challenges as a natural part of life instead of resisting them.
  2. Connection Meditation: Again, sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. This time, imagine that each breath connects you more deeply with nature and the universe. Feel how your energy and that of the universe intertwine, reminding you that you are part of something much greater than yourself.
  3. Learning Meditation: Start like the previous meditation exercises. Then, think of a situation or challenge you have faced recently. Try to identify what learning or personal growth may have come from that experience. Thank the universe for the opportunity to learn and grow.
  4. Gratitude Meditation: In a tranquil moment, reflect on all the things you are grateful for. These can be people, experiences, or simply aspects of your daily life. With each breath, allow this gratitude to fill your body and mind.
  5. Release Meditation: Finally, take a moment to release any negativity or tension you may be feeling. Imagine that each exhalation is an opportunity to let go of these feelings, and each inhalation is an opportunity to fill yourself with positivity and peace.
