EXERCISES:

  1. Meditation for Connecting with the Inner Self:

  • Find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position.

  • Close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply.

  • Focus on the center of your being, your “I AM.” Imagine it as a point of light in your heart.

  • Visualize this point of light gradually expanding to fill your entire being.

  • Feel the connection with your inner essence and the calm that comes from being in that center.

  • Stay in this state of connection for a few minutes, breathing consciously.

  1. Conscious Attraction Meditation:

  • Choose a desire or goal that you want to manifest in your life.

  • Sit in meditation and relax.

  • Clearly visualize that desire as if it’s already a reality. Feel the excitement and gratitude as if you’ve already achieved it.

  • Imagine that you are attracting that desire to you with the power of your intention and focus.

  • Maintain this visualization for a few minutes each day, focusing on the process of conscious attraction.

  1. Neutral Observation Meditation:

  • Practice non-judgmental observation of your daily thoughts and emotions.

  • Set aside a few minutes each day to sit in silence and simply observe your thoughts as if they were clouds passing through the sky.

  • Do not cling to any thoughts or try to change them; just be an impartial observer.

  • This will help you cultivate neutrality and better understand the duality of attraction and manifestation.
