At the end of the bridge, visualize a stronger and wiser version of yourself, thanking the crisis for being a catalyst for your growth.

  2. Snake Meditation: Sit or lie down in a comfortable and quiet place. Close your eyes and start breathing deeply. Imagine that you are a snake, moving smoothly and unhurriedly. Visualize how every part of your body relaxes with the undulating movement. Reflect on how the snake sheds its skin to grow and transform, and think about the areas of your life that need transformation. Let the old layers of yourself peel away and embrace the renewed version of you.
