  4. Conscious Choice in Daily Actions Meditation: Throughout the day, choose an everyday action, such as opening a door, having a cup of coffee, or greeting someone. Before doing it, take a moment to recognize that you are consciously choosing to perform that action. Feel how that choice connects you to every moment of your life.
