EXCRETORY
May 26
SUMMARY
The dialogue between “I” and “I AM” explores the depth and connectionbetween the digestive and excretory systems from a spiritualperspective. Through metaphors and analogies, reflection is made on howthe human body processes and releases what it no longer needs, both on aphysical and emotional/mental level. The importance of recognizing andaccepting the “dark” parts of oneself to be able to release and grow isemphasized. This approach invites reflection on the responsibility ofwhat we consume, both physically and emotionally, and how thatinfluences what we excrete, in a process that can be transformative ifapproached with awareness and acceptance.
QUOTE
“Learning to look at our waste, and not just discard it and run away, but understand what can be done with it.”
