SUMMARY:
The dialogue explores the profound connection between love and the heart. From both the biological and emotional planes, love manifests as a pulse that generates pleasure and stimulates the heartbeat. On the cosmic plane, love is seen as an echo of the universal pulses that give life to creation. Through this perception, it is suggested that each beat of our heart is a manifestation and connection with the eternity of the universe. In this way, love and the heart are intertwined in both the physical and spiritual spheres.
QUOTE:
“The music of the stars and planets can affect the internal rhythm and temperament of human beings.”
EXERCISES:
- Cosmological Meditation: Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes and visualize the cosmos. Imagine the stars, planets, and the music they emit. Feel how you connect with the universe and how its rhythm affects your own internal rhythm. Try to tune in to that rhythm and let yourself be carried away by the music of the stars. Do this for about 10-20 minutes per day.
- Meditation with Planetary Sounds: Look for recordings or music based on the real or imagined sounds of planets and stars (you can easily find them online). Use these recordings for your meditation sessions, allowing yourself to be carried away by the sounds and connecting with the cosmos.
- Stargazing Meditation: If you have the opportunity to see a clear night sky, spend some time stargazing. Try to clear your mind and simply contemplate the sky, allowing any thoughts that arise to pass like shooting stars.
- Solar Meditation: During the day, if possible, meditate under the sun. Close your eyes, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and visualize the sunlight filling you with energy and positivity. This practice can help you connect with the sun, one of the most important stars for us.
