Although they may sometimes appear as opposites, Matías reminds us that both are essential to our existence. The key is to find a balance between them to awaken the wisdom that allows us to be conscious creators of our lives, merging love and will in every step of our spiritual and personal evolution.

  1. Matrix and Pattern Meditation:

  • Find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position.

  • Close your eyes and visualize a spiderweb representing the Divine Matrix. Imagine that each thread of the spiderweb is a Pattern.

  • Visualize how these Patterns interconnect and form a cosmic fabric.

  • Focus on the idea that you need both the Matrix and the Pattern in your life to find meaning and purpose.

  • Take a few minutes to reflect on how these concepts apply to your own life.

  1. Connection with the Web Meditation:

  • Follow the same initial process of finding a quiet place and sitting comfortably.

  • Close your eyes and visualize that you are at the center of a large spider web, in a multidimensional cube.

  • Feel how you connect with the 4 times and the 4 spaces. Focus on the sensation of being at the axis of the fabric of planetary consciousness and how it connects you with everything around you.

  • Meditate on how you can be more conscious in your daily life and how you can work on your own patterns.

  1. Pattern Transformation Meditation:

  • Find a quiet moment for meditation.

  • Think of a pattern in your life that you would like to transform or change.

  • Visualize this pattern as a line on the web of the Matrix.

  • Then, imagine how you can reframe this pattern to give it new meaning or purpose.

  • Visualize how this transformation allows you to move forward in your life with more freedom and fulfillment.
