  • Sit in a comfortable posture with a straight spine.

  • Close your eyes and focus your attention on your heart.

  • Imagine a bright light in your heart representing your authentic essence.

  • As you inhale, visualize how this light expands and fills your entire being with love, wisdom, and will.

  • As you exhale, release any tension or negativity you may feel.

  • Practice this for a few minutes to restore internal coherence.
