Self-Connection Meditation:

Find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath. Observe how the air enters and leaves your body.

Then, visualize the people in your life, starting with yourself. Imagine that everyone is aspects of you.

As you breathe deeply, repeat mentally: “Everyone is aspects of me.”

Practice this meditation regularly to strengthen your sense of unity with others.

Free Relationships Meditation:

Sit in meditation and bring your attention to a relationship in your life that may need healing or transformation.

Visualize that person and acknowledge any needs or expectations you have in that relationship.

Then, mentally release those needs and expectations, as if you are releasing them to the universe.

Imagine that you are opening space for that relationship to be more free and expansive.

Practice this meditation whenever you feel that your relationships need more freedom and unconditional love.
