  1. Emotional observation meditation: Dedicate a few minutes each day to observe your emotions without judging or reacting to them. Feel them, recognize them, and allow them to be present in your experience without clinging to them or trying to suppress them.
  2. Consciousness expansion meditation: During your meditation practice, visualize an energy sphere expanding as you inhale and contracting as you exhale. Imagine this sphere encompassing your entire being, releasing any emotional tension and allowing your energy to flow freely.
  3. Emotional trauma release meditation: Focus your attention on any area of your body where you feel emotional tension or blockage. Visualize a soft and warm light enveloping that area, dissolving any trauma or stagnant energy. Feel how the release of these emotional blocks allows you to experience greater harmony and well-being.
  4. Gratitude and unconditional love meditation: Take time to reflect on all the blessings in your life and feel deep gratitude for them. Then, direct that feeling of gratitude towards yourself and others, extending unconditional love and compassion to all beings. Imagine that this loving energy flows from your heart to the world.
