THE VISION

SUMMARY:

In this dialogue, the “I” and the “I AM” reflect on perception and truth. They acknowledge that our eyes are limited and subjective tools to grasp reality. Each living being sees the world uniquely and can only perceive what their capacity allows. Reality is relative and depends on each individual’s perceptual capacity. Absolute truth escapes the limited vision of human eyes. The text invites one to broaden their vision and open up to new realities and experiences to gain a broader understanding of the world. The importance of the pineal gland, the “third eye,” in regulating perception and awakening consciousness is also mentioned. Both on the physical and emotional planes, the cycle of sleep and wakefulness is emphasized as essential for balance and transformation. Awakening in consciousness is seen as a gradual process, with each individual having their own rhythm. Additionally, the importance of self-acceptance and overcoming prejudices and preconceptions that distort self-vision is highlighted. The text concludes by encouraging one to have a fresh outlook on the day and to enjoy the awakening of consciousness.

QUOTE:

“Truth cannot be seen. For no eye can see it all.”

EXERCISES:

  1. Observation meditation: Dedicate a few minutes each day to consciously observe your surroundings. Pay attention to details and try to see things from different perspectives. This will help you expand your capacity for perception and develop a broader vision.
  2. Breathing meditation: Spend a few minutes each day focusing on your breath. Sit comfortably and concentrate on the physical sensations of your breath, whether at the tip of your nose, in your chest, or in your abdomen. Observe how your breath enters and exits your body, keeping your attention in the present moment.
  3. Visualization meditation: Imagine you have a third eye in the center of your forehead, related to your pineal gland. Visualize this eye as a source of wisdom and understanding. Close your eyes and direct your attention to this third eye, allowing it to open and reveal new perspectives and knowledge.
  4. Connection meditation: Take a moment each day to connect with your body, mind, and spirit. You can do this through affirmations, repeating power words, or simply becoming aware of your connection with the universe. Feel that connection in your heart and allow yourself to be present in the present moment.
