Conscious Touch Meditation:

Find a quiet place and sit comfortably.

Close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Then, begin to pay attention to your sense of touch.

Gently touch your skin, feeling the texture and temperature.

Explore different parts of your body, from hands to feet.

As you touch each area, observe the sensations and emotions that arise.

Imagine that you are releasing any tension or trauma stored in that area through touch and awareness.

Continue the exercise for a few minutes, breathing deeply and releasing any emotional blocks you may feel.

Cellular Memory Meditation:

Sit in silence and close your eyes.

Bring your attention to a part of your body that you feel might hold trauma or tension, such as the shoulders or chest.

Visualize that area as a library of cells containing memories.

Imagine sending love and understanding to those cells, allowing them to relax and release.

As you do so, you can repeat positive affirmations like “I am releasing the past” or “My skin is a channel of healing.”

Continue visualizing and releasing tension in that area for several minutes.
