Recognizing the waves in the sea of our existence shows us that chakras are like energetic whirlwinds. Recognizing our past stories and analyzing stagnant residues of energy allows us to move forward. It’s important to have a point of reference in the past to build a future as we move forward one step at a time.

Exercises:

  1. Recognition Meditation: Dedicate a few minutes each day to sit in silence and consciously observe your strengths and weaknesses. Allow yourself to feel and acknowledge how they drive and challenge you on your life’s journey.
  2. Letting Go of the Past Meditation: Close your eyes and visualize the events of the past that anchor you. With each breath, imagine gently releasing those events and allowing them to flow out of you. Visualize yourself becoming lighter and freer as you let go of the weight of the past.
  3. One Step at a Time Meditation: Sit in a quiet place and bring your attention to your feet. Visualize one foot lifting off the ground, symbolizing your willingness to move forward in life. Then, visualize the foot touching the ground, representing the support and security you find in the present. Repeat this exercise several times, feeling how each step propels you forward.
