Summary:

By releasing what was trapped in my throat, I recognized that there was a lot of accumulated hatred within me. I realized the people with whom I couldn’t communicate or close off communication, and I felt betrayed. Consulting with my inner self and spiritual guides, I understood that consciousness doesn’t adjust to our beliefs, but rather, we must align ourselves with it. In order to open my heart to unconditional love and protect myself without falling into defensiveness, I must change my physical and mental stance. I shouldn’t defend myself from the world, but strengthen myself and accept each person’s destiny. I choose to transcend conflicts and open my heart, knowing that my greatest strength is love.

Exercises:

  1. Open Heart Visualization: Imagine your heart opening like a flower, radiating love and compassion. Visualize how this loving energy expands around you, embracing all people and situations. Feel how this openness strengthens you and connects you with unconditional love.
  2. Conscious Posture: Pay attention to your physical posture throughout the day. Make sure to keep your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. This will help release pressure in your chest and maintain an open and receptive attitude.
  3. Forgiveness and Release: Engage in an exercise of forgiveness towards those you feel have betrayed you or caused you pain. You can do this mentally or write a symbolic letter offering your forgiveness and releasing any resentment. This will allow you to let go of emotional weight and create space for unconditional love.
  4. Gratitude and Appreciation: Each day, take a moment to reflect on what you’re grateful for. You can make a mental list or write in a journal. Cultivating gratitude will help you maintain a positive perspective and value the richness you already have in your life.
