Human fear of loss is addressed, and death is contemplated as an opportunity for rebirth and universal reordering, a moment to embrace nothingness and be everything, allowing one to live in a state of constant renewal.

EXERCISES:

  1. Transcendence Meditation

  • Objective: Learn to let go and release.

  • Steps:

  • Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

  • Visualize your physical body and feel each part relaxing and letting go.

  • Focus on your breath and repeat mentally: “I let go, I release, I transcend.”

  • With each inhale, imagine light filling your body, and with each exhale, visualize releasing tensions and opening up to transcendence.

  • Imagine each ending as a fresh beginning and feel gratitude for each opportunity to be reborn.

  • Objective: Integrate life and death as a continuum.

  • Steps:

  • Sit in silence and breathe deeply.

  • Meditate on the phrase: “Life and Death are not enemies to each other. They are a continuum.”

  • Reflect on how each life experience is an integration of mental, emotional, and physical processes.

  • Feel how each moment is part of an eternal cycle of energy.
