  1. Meditation to Release Repressed Emotions

Method: to release accumulated emotions to heal the soul andspirit,

find a quiet and safe place where you can be alone. Close your eyesand take deep breaths. Visualize each repressed emotion as a dark cloudwithin you. As you exhale, imagine yourself expelling these clouds,letting light and peace enter your being.

  1. Meditation of Authentic Forgiveness

Sitting in a comfortable place, close your eyes and think of thesituations or people who have hurt you. Repeat mentally or softly: “Iforgive you and release myself from this burden. Not for you, but forme.” Visualize how the painful bond dissolves, replaced by peace.
