Finally, Matías connects with the idea that music is the language of the spirit and that listening to silence and renewing his internal song is essential to achieve the desired harmony and balance.

Let the music envelop you completely and allow yourself to merge with it. Feel how the vibration of the music connects you with your deepest self and fills you with positive energy.
  4. Conscious listening meditation: In your daily activities, practice mindful listening. When interacting with others, actively pay attention to what they’re saying and how they’re expressing themselves. Be aware of the emotions and vibrations conveyed through words and tones. Cultivate compassionate and open listening.
