Summary:

Forgiveness goes beyond forgetting mistakes. It involves finding purpose and harmony in our interactions. To forgive, we need willpower and action, releasing toxic emotions. In doing so, we find inner strength and give a purpose to those who have wronged us. Forgiveness is a liberating exchange of energy to move forward in life.

Exercises:

  1. Willpower Meditation: Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Focus on your breath, then bring your attention to your power center located in the lower abdomen area. Imagine your energy gathering in that point and visualize it expanding with each inhale. As you exhale, silently affirm “I am willpower” or “I act with determination.” Feel your willpower strengthening and propelling you to take actions in your life.
  2. Purifying Water Meditation: Fill a glass with water and hold it in your hands. Connect with the essence of water and its ability to purify and renew. Visualize the water filling with positive energy and blessings. Slowly drink the water, being conscious that you’re receiving its purification and allowing it to flow through you, releasing any blockages or negativity.
  3. Gratitude Meditation: Take a few moments to reflect on the things you’re grateful for in your life. They could be people, experiences, skills, or any aspect that brings you joy and gratitude. Sit in silence and mentally go through these things, allowing the feeling of gratitude to fill your heart. Breathe deeply and exhale slowly, releasing any tension or worries.
